This is a general framework launched at 2012 for the collaboration scientific researches in the field of
"Research of Experimental Nuclear and Particle Physics”.Items are followings:
(1) Exchange of scientific documents, information, and equipment
(2) Exchange of personnel and students such as professors, research staffs, and/or graduate students.
