General Information
Venu
The workshop will be held at the Kobayashi Hall on the 1st floor of the Theory Center Building in the Tsukuba Campus (see the Access page). This Hall is a new well-equipped facility made by renovation of an older one as a memorial to the award of the Nobel Prize by Professor Emeritus Makoto Kobayashi.
Language
Language of the workshop is English.
Registration
People who would like to attend the workshop should make two types of registrations, the wokrshop registration and the KEK users registration, at least. See the Registration page for details.
Contributed Talks/Posters
We have about ten 30 min slots for contributed talks in addition to the invited talks and project member talks. Poster session will be arranged if the number of applicants exceeds ten. Those who would like to give a contributed talk or a poster presentation should submit the title and abstract through the Registration page. The deadline is September 30.
Financial Support
We have some amount of budget to support the domestic travel expenses and local expenses of participants other than the invited speakers and the project members. Those who would like to get this support should apply through the webpage of the KEK Users Office(see the Registration page). The deadline is October 16. Note that this support can only provide the money equivalent to the charge for the KEK dormitory as the accommodation expenses even if you stay at a hotel.
Workshop Dinner
We will have a workshop dinner on the second day (November 10). The place is not decided yet. Please provide us the information about your attendance to this dinner when you make the workshop registration. The fee will be collected at the registration desk.
Registration Fee
We collect 500 Yen at the registration desk when you make the workshop check-in.
LAN
Wireless lan is available inside the KEK Tsukuba campus. If you are bringing a laptop computer and connecting it to this wireless lan, please register the mac address of your computer through the webpage of the KEK Users Office. For instruction, see the Registration page.
