Accommodation
The invited people and the project members:
For these people, single rooms will be booked at the Urban Hotel during their stay in KEK unless we are requested otherwise. This hotel is in 30 minutes on foot from the workshop site. Commuting bus service between the hotel and the Kobayashi Hall will be arranged during the workshop.
The other participants:
General participants are supposed to find and book accommodation by themselves. If you would like to use the KEK dormitory, you can book it through the User Portal webpage of KEK. See the Registration page.

We give a partial list of hotels in Tsukuba below for the case you would like to stay in a hotel outside the KEK Tsukuba campus.
- Urban Hotel：KEKから歩いて２０－２５分です．ご自身でお申し込みください．
- Daiwa Roynet Hotel：つくばセンター周辺です．路線バスでKEKまで約20分です．ご自身でお申し込みください．
- Okura FrontierHotel：つくばセンター周辺です．路線バスでKEKまで約20分です．ご自身でお申し込みください．KEK関係者だと伝えると少し安くなります．
