解析ディレクトリ構成

nvaSqとしての制約としてrun number毎にディレクトリを作る必要がある。 sample, cell, vanadium, emptyについて、それぞれのrun number毎にディレクトリを作って、ヒストグラムデータ（1stマージ済み）のデータを格納する。 他に、sample info file (.in)とrun number file (.rn)を置く。

ヒント

実験時には、NOVAのサーバー上でスクリプトを使って、半自動でディレクトリや必要な入力ファイルを作るので、それをコピーして持ち帰るのが効率的

nvaSq開始前のディレクトリ構成:

sample, cell, vanadium, emptyはそれぞれ異なるrun numberの複数データをおいてもOKなので、1課題の実験データをすべておいても問題ない。

上記の例は、SiO2ガラスでセル無しなので、3種類のデータディレクトリしかない。

• 10708 : 試料（SiO2）

• 10706 : Vanadium

• 10704 : Empty
