(ABSTRACT)
There have been still disputes about Euclidean spinors in various contexts, such as whether we should double the fermionic degrees of freedom, whether we should abandon Hermiticity, and so on. In my talk, I restudy the issue by putting emphasis on the different spinor structure between Euclid and Minkowski cases and on the consistency with the axiomatic CPT theorem. I then clarify the origin of the disputes and furthermore explain missing points in the existing formulations.
