（Abstract）

Target mass corrections to the polarized nucleon structure function is discussed. The corrections to the Cornwall-Norton moments are also addressed. Moreover, the higher-twist contribution is suggested to be reasonably extracted from the Nachtmann moments, which provide a method for handling the target mass correction. The sizeable role in the twist-3 matrix element d_2 from the Cornwall-Norton moment is estimated.
