（概要）

Within SUSY SO(10) GUT, we adopt the symmetric four zero texture and examine whether it can reproduce bi-large neutrino mixings and mass-squared differences, which have recently been indicated by solar and atmospheric neutrino experiments. In this work, we are able to express the neutrino masses and mixing angles in terms of up quark masses with two adjustable parameters for right-handed Majorana masses. We also obtain the prediction $|U_{e3}| \eq 0.11$.
