This workshop is intended to discuss recent progress on hadron physics. Anticipated topics are listed in the following "Discussion topics"; however, any interesting new ideas are welcome from both theorists and experimentalists. We will announce speakers in future circulars and workshop web page. We welcome international participants and experimentalists. We are looking forward to seeing you at the workshop.
